Organization-wide insights into your projects and financials.

The Reports page gives you organization-wide insights into your projects. It's accessible from the sidebar and provides several breakdowns.

Financial Summary Banner

Three cards across the top showing the organization's total financial picture:

Card	Color	What it shows
Total Benefits	Green	Sum of all benefits across all projects
Total Costs	Red	Sum of all costs across all projects
Net Impact	Green or Red	Benefits minus Costs

Projects by Status

Shows how many projects are in each status (Idea, Active, Completed, Archived) as cards with visual progress bars. Each status card shows:

A color-coded status badge
The number of projects
Financial totals for that status (Benefits and Costs) when applicable — shown for Active and Completed projects
A chevron you can click to expand and see the actual list of projects in that status

Projects by Type

Shows projects grouped by their Lean Six Sigma methodology type:

Lean
Kaizen Event
Lean Six Sigma
Plan Do Check Act
A3 Problem Solving
Just Do It
Unspecified (no type set)

Each type shows a count and a progress bar. Click the chevron to expand and see the projects.

Projects by Level

Shows projects grouped by their belt/certification level:

Black Belt
Green Belt
Yellow Belt
White Belt
Master Black Belt
Lean Leader
Lean Expert
Champion
Executive
To Be Determined
Unspecified

Projects by Group

Shows projects grouped by their assigned group. Each group shows a count and a progress bar. Click the chevron to expand and see the projects. Only groups that have projects are shown.

Drill-Down Project Lists

In all report sections, clicking the chevron (arrow) next to any category expands an inline list of the projects in that category. Each project in the list shows its name (as a clickable link), status badge, and group name. Click the chevron again to collapse the list.
